My Account: How is My Account set up?


To set up My Account, click on My Account. There are two scenarios:

 

  1. Previously registered users: simply select My Account/Login and enter user name and password, and click on login.
  2. Customers who are new to the website and USDC, simply register and enter the required information when prompted.


Can a username be edited?

Yes, you can change your username in the My Profile section of My Account.


How do I edit my ship-to information?

A new ship-to can be added from the My Account page by clicking on Shipping Addresses. Click the Add New Address button and enter the required information.

How do I edit my bill-to information?

To edit bill-to information call Customer Support at 1-909 9238858. For security reasons, customer account information cannot be edited by anyone other than a Customer Support Representative.

How do I make a bill-to and/or ship-to tax exempt?

To make a bill-to tax exempt, a tax-exempt certificate must be faxed to our Tax Department at 1-909 9233353.

 

For optimal viewing, please set your screen resolution to a minimum of 1024×768.

Does the browser I am using make a difference when using the new search features? 

The new search is best viewed using the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer version 7 or higher
  • Firefox version 4 or higher
  • Google Chrome version 13 or higher
  • Safari version 4 or higher.


Where can I find inventory of product?

To find location and inventory of a specific product, view our search results which have real-time inventory and once logged in to the account, the search results will show the location of the available inventory and if pickup is available. This information can also be found on the Item Details page.

How can I request a quote?

There are a few ways to request a quote:
1) Contact our Customer Support Department at 1-909 9238858,
2) e-mail quote requests to quotes@USDC-USA.com
3) request a special item quote by navigating to the Order tab drop down and entering in all pertinent information.

How do I know that my request for quote (RFQ) has been processed?

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You may also use the Order History link from the My Account page.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. After your order has shipped, you will receive the shipping details through e-mail also.

How can I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, go to the My Account page and search within the Order History.


How can I change/add to an order that I just placed?

The best way to change/add to an order is to call our Customer Support Department at 1-909 9238858.

How do I place repetitive buys?

To place repetitive buys, select My Lists from the My Account section, Orders from the top navigation or from the left navigation and create a personal list with the items you wish to purchase most regularly.

For USDC to fulfill annual production requirements, we request customer to provide a Scheduling Agreement with weekly or monthly volume requirements.

Catalogs and Sales FlyersCan I browse through sales flyers online?

Yes, everyone can browse our sales flyers on our website. We also feature seasonal catalogs from time to time throughout the year.


Is registering necessary to browse the catalog?

No, it is not necessary to register to view or browse the catalogs; anyone can browse any of our catalogs and brochures without having to register.

What version of Adobe Flash Player is required for viewing the catalog page(s)?

The USDC-USA.com website uses Adobe Flash v10 or later for displaying the virtual catalog(s).


How do I download Adobe Flash Player?

Adobe Flash Player can be downloaded for free from Adobe’s website. Once it is downloaded and installed catalog pages will open in the browser when the link is clicked.
